Leaguewide keeps as little about you as it needs to run your league's hub. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics scripts.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address and sign-in details.
- Your leagues: which leagues you're in and which team is yours.
- League data from ESPN: team names, owner names as ESPN shows them, rosters, scores and history. We keep short-lived copies so pages load fast.
- Private league access: if a league is private, the espn_s2 and SWID values the person who added it gave us. They're stored encrypted and only our server can read them.
- Press Box recaps written about your league.
- Feedback you send us.
- Payments: when someone buys Press Box or leaves a tip, Stripe handles the payment. We see the amount, the date and whether it went through. We never see your card number.
Who else handles it
- Supabase stores our database and runs our server code.
- Cloudflare serves the website.
- Stripe processes payments, and may act as the seller of record for them.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes Press Box recaps from your league's weekly numbers and team and owner names.
- ESPN is where your league data comes from.
Cookies and storage
Your browser stores your sign-in session so you stay signed in, plus a few display settings. That's it.
Your choices
- A league's admin can delete the league, which removes its teams, members, recaps and saved ESPN access.
- To delete your account or get a copy of what we have about you, ask through the feedback page and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data in a way that matters, we'll update this page and say so on the site.
