Refund policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

Short version: all purchases are final. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal.

Press Box ($5 a year per league)

• No refunds. Press Box turns on for the whole league the moment it's paid for, so purchases and yearly renewals are final.
• Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Press Box stays on until the end of the year you paid for.
• Charged by mistake? If you were billed twice, or charged after you cancelled, tell us and we'll fix it.

Cancelling

Press Box renews every year. To stop it, ask us through the feedback page with the league name. It stays on until the end of the year you paid for.

Tips

Tips are voluntary and don't unlock anything, so they're final too.

Where the law says otherwise

Nothing here takes away a refund right you have under the consumer law where you live.
